1. Eligibility for Assistance
Assistance can only be provided for events that have been officially announced. Complete event details, such as seating arrangements, ticket prices, and venue information, are essential for us to assess whether assistance can be provided.
2. Success Rate
While Titania Tickets strives for near-perfect success under optimal conditions, certain external factors may impact results, including but not limited to:

  • Delays or discrepancies in online sales.
  • Differences in ticket allocations between online and onsite sales.
  • Account suspensions by the ticketing platform.
  • Other unforeseen issues.

  • Under normal circumstances, however, Titania Tickets maintains a near 100% success rate.
    3. Prepayment Requirement
    Prepayment is required to secure your request and ensure a faster, smoother process. Prepayment helps prioritize your transaction and mitigates potential cancellations or operational losses. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to provide checkout links.
    4. Improving Your Chances for High-Demand Events
  • For high-demand events, the following strategies are recommended to enhance your chances of securing tickets: Opt for the Gold Tier Ticket Purchase Assistance (TPA) for priority service.
  • Limit your ticket request to one (1) per account, as single-ticket purchases are often more successful than multiple-ticket transactions.
  • 5. Request Prioritization
    Titania Tickets ensures all tiers receive high-priority service for a fair chance at success. However, to maintain fairness and efficiency, each tier is limited to specific types of tickets they can request. This ensures equal opportunity for all customers while optimizing the ticket allocation process.

    Refunds are only applicable if the checkout link provided does not match your initial request. Once you agree to purchase a ticket after being informed of the ticket's section and tier, refunds will not be available. The assistance fee is non-refundable if the checkout link is paid for on the selling day.
    7. Ghost Checkouts
    Ghost checkouts occur when payments are processed but do not result in a voucher due to heavy traffic or system crashes. If a voucher is not issued within 30 minutes, customers should contact the merchant directly at:

  • Assistance fees are not refundable for ghost checkouts, and obtaining the voucher is the customer's responsibility.
    8. Simultaneous Ticket Attempts
    Customers may attempt to secure tickets simultaneously with Titania Tickets, but must use a separate account or presale code. Sharing the same account or code with us or another service provider may result in:

  • Account suspensions.
  • Incorrect tickets in your cart.
  • Loss of your presale code.
  • 9. Ticket/Voucher Cancellation
    Titania Tickets is not responsible for any ticket or voucher cancellations and will not refund the Ticket Purchase Assistance Fees, as we have successfully provided assistance with your ticket purchase. In the event of a cancellation, customers should contact the merchant directly at:

  • Please note, assistance fees are non-refundable for cancelled tickets or vouchers, and it is the customer's responsibility to obtain the voucher.
    10. Can I participate in presales while using your service?
    Customers can participate in presales while using Titania Tickets. For fan club presales, valid, registered presale codes and account details must be provided for use on the selling day.
    11. Additional Considerations
    Titania Tickets aims to improve your chances of securing tickets and protect you from inflated reseller prices. However, ticket acquisition is not guaranteed, as external factors may influence the outcome. If Titania Tickets is unable to provide checkout links, a full refund will be issued.

    Eligibility for Full Refund
  • You are entitled to a full refund if we are unable to provide the checkout links for your request.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service
  • If the checkout link provided does not match the details you initially specified, you are not obligated to pay for the service. However, once you have been informed of the ticket’s section and tier and choose to proceed with the purchase, refund requests will no longer be accepted. Please note that if payment is made on the selling day, the assistance fee is non-refundable.
  • Refund for Unused Checkout Links
  • Assistance fees are non-refundable for checkout links that match the details you initially provided. Once a checkout link is provided, you are obligated to pay for the service, even if you do not proceed with the purchase.
  • Ghost Checkout Refunds
  • Assistance fees are non-refundable for ghost checkouts. In the event of a ghost checkout, where a payment is successfully processed but no voucher is issued, it is your responsibility to contact the merchant directly to request a voucher. Refunds for the assistance fee will not be provided in such cases.
  • Incorrect Information Provided
  • Refunds will not be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccurate login credentials, ticket preferences, quantity, payment methods, or presale codes (if applicable). It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Partial Refund for Lacking Tickets
  • If you requested, for example, 3 adjacent seats but were only provided vouchers for 2 adjacent seats, you are eligible for a partial refund equivalent to the lacking seat. In this case, the refund will cover the cost of the TPA fee for the seat that was not fulfilled, as 2 adjacent seats were successfully secured in your preferred section and area.
  • Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds for TPA fees typically take 1 to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
  • By using Titania Tickets' service, you are accepting our terms and conditions and acknowledge that using our service is at your own risk and does not come with guarantees for success, although your chances will be significantly increased. Titania Tickets is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by any supported retailer. We must request you respect and abide by any individual retailer's terms, conditions, and policies when using our service.
